Convention Management and Control
Fans have been holding their own conventions, on an amateur basis, since
at least the 1940s. These events have grown in size, complexity, and

fandom in general and as a Cult publication. Each issue contains annotated
minutes of a Convention's Business Meeting and the Rules of the World Science
Fiction Society as appended and altered by that meeting. The issues are
available in both HTML and PDF format.
