If you want to list additional people on the room (so they can check in before the person who made the reservation), make the reservation for the correct number of people, then call the Marriott number (888) 249-1810) and ask the clerk to add the additional people to the reservation.

Caution: Some phone operators at Courtyard reservations told people to book rooms at rack rate and Denvention will convert them to the convention rate. We are not able to convert any rooms reserved at rack rate to the convention rate. Since this hotels is sold out on some nights, you may not be able to rebook at this hotel at the convention rate. However, don't forget that other hotels still have rooms at the convention rate for every night of the convention.
