I was at that convention and remember seeing that kitten Norton is holding in the photos. It was a local stray that wandered into the auditorium as she and Bloch were talking to the audience and walked right under Norton's chair and started mewling. Bloch reached down and scooped it up, Norton reached over and took it from him, and I didn't see her again at that convention where she wasn't holding that cat. I believe she took it home with her.
