Minicon 9 was held at the Minneapolis Public Library and the Dyckman Hotel, mostly on 12-Oct-1974. This was one of the rare fall Minicons. It was made possible partly by a grant from Dayton's.
The guests were Judy Lynn and Lester Del Rey.
