"Parkdale Tea Party" -- The building I live in is pretty quite, but from time to time we've had tenants who were frankly quite mad. One of them on my floor threw all the furnishings from his apartment off the balcony. I wrote an article about him and illustrated it with that incident. It's somewhat reminiscent of the opening scenes of SCTV.
