CONJOSÉ MAILS PROGRESS REPORT 4

ConJosé, the 2002 Worldcon, mailed Progress Report 4 to its US members on Monday, June 3 and to all other members on Wednesday, June 5.

Progress Report 4 contains the 2002 Hugo Awards Final Ballot, the 2005 Worldcon Site Selection Ballot, detailed directions to the convention for people traveling to San José by all major forms of transportation, Guest of Honor profiles, and a wide range of general convention information.

Also included in PR 4 is the winner of ConJosé's Ferdinand Feghoot Representation Contest, and two new Ferdinand Feghoot stories in tribute to ConJosé's Imaginary Guest of Honor, by permission of the Reginald Bretnor Literary Estate.

Members should take note of the "Hugo PIN" on their mailing label. This number is required if voting using the Online Hugo Ballot, currently available from the ConJosé web site at http://www.conjose.org/wsfs/wsfs_hugo.html. ConJosé will send postcards with the Hugo PIN information to those members who requested that ConJosé not send them publications.

ConJosé mailed US members' copies by standard (bulk) mail from San José, California. Most non-US members' copies went by International Surface Air Lift (ISAL) mail from Daly City, California. A small number of copies, mostly to countries that do not participate in the ISAL program, went by ordinary air mail.
