CONJOSÉ RELEASES 2002 HUGO AWARDS BALLOT

ConJosé, the 2002 Worldcon, has released the Final Awards Ballot for the 2002 Hugo Awards in both paper and electronic formats.

ConJosé mailed Hugo Award ballots to its members in Progress Report 4 during the week of June 3, 2002. Ballots are also available in downloadable paper (PDF) form, HTML "printer-friendly" form, and as an online ballot from the ConJose web site at http://www.conjose.org/wsfs/wsfs_hugo.html.

ConJosé is offering electronic online voting. To vote electronically, members need the Hugo PIN located on the mailing label of ConJosé Progress Reports 3 and 4. ConJosé will send postcards to those members who do not receive publications to remind them of their Hugo PINs.

Only attending and supporting members of ConJosé may vote on the 2002 Hugo Awards. Ballots must arrive at the administrator's address by the end of the day (Midnight Pacific Daylight Time) on July 31, 2002 or they will not count.

People with questions about the Hugo Awards ballot and voting process should write to the Hugo Awards administrators at hugos@conjose.org.

The 2002 Hugo Awards will be presented at a ceremony on the evening of Sunday, September 1, 2002 at ConJosé, the 2002 Worldcon.
