Transportation - RoadsSan José is well served by interstate freeways. For detailed maps of the area see MapQuest. Taxi and shuttle services are available from the airports and railways stations. Details are available from the Convention and Visitors' Bureau. San José is well served for parking facilities. Some city car parks are free at weekends and after 6:00 pm. There is also a validation scheme whereby if you use certain downtown businesses (retaurants, shops, tourist attractions) you can get your parking ticket stamped for up to two hours free parking.
