MORE REPORTS FROM THE SCOTTISH CONVENTION
(Intersection, the 1995 Worldcon)
Ex-Tasmanian fan Giulia de Cesare, now a resident of the UK, latched on
to Sharon, Danny and Becky with a cry of "At last! Australian accents!"
Stephen Boucher reports that other expatriates and current Australians
and assorted, including Cathy Kerrigan did sterling work on the
Australia in '99 table.

FAN ACTIVITIES
Ron Serduik has opened a bookshop in Brisbane called Pulp Fiction,
specialising in Fantasy, SF and Crime and Mystery. Carey Handfield and
Paul Voermans have been running Internet seminars for The Victorian
Writers' Centre. The next is on October 14th.

CONVENTION UPDATES
Only a week until ARCon. Meanwhile Terror 95 has gone the way of all
flesh. It has died the death. James Allen notes " due to not enough
paying members Terror 95 Horror convention has been cancelled. Those few
who have paid a membership will get a refund." Meanwhile New Horizons in
Brisbane has announced Parliament of Dreams, a Babylon 5 Convention,
for May 1996.

JOVE NODS. BULLSHEET HAPPENS

Jove was really nodding off last issue. Apart from a fleeting appearance
of an apostrophe in the possessive "its" there was the misspelling of
the Hugo Winning Mirror Dance.

DEADLINE FOR #41

Tuesday October 10th. Distribution Friday October 13th. (A break for
the September School Holidays.)
