Afterword

That's all for this issue, but I have a feeling that next issue we'll be right
here again, raring to go. We'll have new stories, maybe a new writer, Catin,
and anything else that ye-ed can come up with to provide a little amusement.

If you feel that you have a quality short story (and I mean short, between two
and six Mystery size pages) send it in and see if I agree with you. If I do,
it earns you three free zines: The Unknown, Mystery and our topsy-turvy fiend,
er, friend, The No-Eyed Monster. Plus you get the honor of seeing your name
and story in print.

Even if it is rejected by Mystery, it still might find a place in the UX? or
NEM, the fanzine.

NEXT ISSUE, ANOTHER TALE OF MYSTERY, AS HOWARD AGAIN PIERCES THE TIME BARRIER
TO BRING YOU THE TALE OF THE SWORD.

And good-bye for now.

MYSTERY, THE MAG IN THE MIDDLE.

                                                 [pg. 18, MYSTERY #1, Fall 1965]
