This issue is dedicated to Eric Ely who, in
the spirit of scientific research, took his
car down a 150 foot cliff in the Berkeley
Hills. One of the most popular and biggest of
the Little Men, as well as being a great part
of the hard bedrock core -- a hornfels, if
you must know -- of the organization, he is
now spending his leisure time in Herrick Mem-
orial Hospital. The staff of this magazine
and the Little Men take this opportunity to
say to Eric, "Get well quick, you crazy
bastard!"
