"The Illusions of the Queen of Air and Darkness and Tim Culhane" Talented Sandra Miesel created these fairytale interpretations of medieval characters for herself and Patrick McGuire. Her crown was made of wire, sheet copper, mirror disks and trim while her costume sported hundreds of iridescent white pailettes (long sequins) that she glued in rows to make a scale-like surface. They won the "Most Beautiful" award.
